Our event greatly exceeded our expectations. Many guests commented that Magnolia Plantation was the perfect location for our event. The food, music, and staff were all excellent. One reason that we chose Magnolia Plantation over other venues was the set- up of the tables in groups, rather than in lines around the dance floor. Our experience with Magnolia Plantation was unbelievable. They helped to make our wedding everything I ever dreamed it would be. We received several compliments on the food, how beautiful the place is, and the service. The service was outstanding. My husband and I and our families were all waited on like royalty. My guest could not believe how well served the reception was. My photographer found me at the end of the night and told me he had never been to a wedding where they waited on their guests like this one ever before. Mrs. Colette and Mr. Scott were very helpful. If something came up they were right there to fix it. Mrs. Sue is wonderful!! She is definitely an asset to the company. If you are even thinking you need something, before you can even ask, she has already taken care of it. She is amazing. I hope Magnolia will do what ever they have to do to keep her. Everything was exceptional. I remember when I came to pay my first payment and Scott addressed me by my first name, mind you I did not have an appointment and he had only met me once. I was totally flattered and impressed. From that moment, I had no doubts regarding the decision I made with choosing Magnolia Plantation. Everyone was so welcoming and accomodating throughout the entire planning process until the end of my reception. All of my guests thought the food and service was wonderful.

And that speaks volumes, because I have really good cooks in my family. I loved the fact that we did not have to think about anything that night except for enjoying ourselves. There aren't enough great words to express what I feel about Sue. She is GREAT! My wedding and reception was everything I hoped it would be and more.

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding. Sue and the wedding coordinators went beyond our expectations. They ensured the music was right, that everyone in the party had plenty of food and drinks, they unpacked and set everything up, and then packed it all and put it in our cars when it was over. We weren't allowed to lift a finger. There was plenty of food, and the food was delicious (all of the guests commented on how great the food was). Colette is absolutely wonderful, and even though she could not be there due to her own joyous event of becoming a new mom, she called up to the day of the wedding to ensure we didn't have any questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Magnolia Plantation to anyone looking to feel like a king and queen for a day. Everything was perfect! Sue, Carolyn, and Diane not only served the bride and groom but the entire bridal family had plenty to drink/eat. They were also very good at handling the nervous bride and ensuring that the ceremony went without a hitch.
